Fraunces - Free Display Font Family

Fraunces revives the goofy, warm-blooded "Old Style" display serifs of the early twentieth century: Windsor, Souvenir, the Cooper series. Designed by Undercase Type, it packs four axes: weight, optical size, a softness axis that inks up the terminals, and a wonk axis that swaps in leaning, bulbous alternates for extra character.

This extensive family suits brand identities, poster headlines, book covers, packaging, editorial titles, cafe branding, album artwork, logo work, and playful display settings.

Included:

• variable across weight (Thin to Black), optical size, softness, and wonk, with italics;
• uppercase and lowercase letters;
