About Pixelbuddha
Pixelbuddha is a creative studio and online platform offering digital design resources, including mockups, fonts, effects, textures, brushes, templates, graphics, UI/UX resources, presentations, patterns, and related creative files.
Some resources are free. Some resources are available as one-time purchases. Some resources are available through paid memberships. All products and resources are delivered digitally.
Eligibility
Pixelbuddha is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
By using Pixelbuddha, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal ability to enter into these Terms.
If you use Pixelbuddha on behalf of a company, agency, studio, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” means both you and the organization you represent.
You are responsible for making sure your use of Pixelbuddha is allowed under the laws that apply to you.
Accounts
Some Pixelbuddha features require an account, including free account downloads, premium downloads, purchase history, membership access, affiliate tools, and support related to your orders.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password, sell your account, transfer your account, or allow unauthorized people to use your account.
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the activity was caused by Pixelbuddha’s own failure to secure the service.

Pixelbuddha may limit, suspend, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated, shared, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms or any related policy.
Digital Resources and Licenses
Pixelbuddha resources are licensed, not sold.
Downloading, purchasing, or accessing a resource does not transfer ownership of the original files, previews, design assets, intellectual property, or copyrights to you.
Your rights to use a Pixelbuddha resource are governed by the Pixelbuddha Licensing Terms and by the license attached to that specific download or purchase.
Product pages, checkout pages, account records, receipts, and download history may identify the license tier, file contents, compatibility notes, or other item-specific details.
You may not use Pixelbuddha resources in any way that violates the Licensing Terms, these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of Pixelbuddha, our creators, or third parties.
Paid Memberships
Pixelbuddha may offer paid memberships, including recurring memberships, lifetime memberships, Plus plans, Pro plans, or other membership options.
Paid memberships are governed by the Pixelbuddha Membership Terms.
Membership plans may include different access rights, download rights, license tiers, renewal rules, seat limits, re-download rules, or other benefits.
Unless otherwise stated, recurring memberships automatically renew until canceled before the next renewal date.
Canceling a membership stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
After membership access ends, you may lose access to new premium downloads, premium re-downloads, membership-only files, or other membership features.
Cancellation does not automatically revoke rights granted for valid downloads made while your membership was active, unless a refund, chargeback, fraud, violation, or applicable policy says otherwise.
Orders, Payments, and Taxes
Pixelbuddha may offer one-time digital product purchases, bundles, paid memberships, lifetime memberships, promotional offers, or other paid services.
Prices, included files, license tiers, membership benefits, renewal terms, and other purchase details are shown on the relevant product page, pricing page, checkout page, or account interface.
You agree to pay the amount shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Pixelbuddha may not control every step of the payment process, including bank authorization, card network decisions, currency conversion, payment-provider holds, or payment-provider fees.
You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency-conversion provider.
Prices may be listed in USD or another displayed currency. Your bank or payment provider may convert the charge into your local currency using its own exchange rate and fees.
Taxes may be added where required. If taxes are not collected at checkout, you remain responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges that apply to your purchase or use of Pixelbuddha.
Pixelbuddha may change prices, plan names, features, or promotions from time to time. Price changes do not affect purchases that were already completed, unless the change relates to a future renewal, future purchase, or plan change.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are governed by the Pixelbuddha Refund Policy.
Because Pixelbuddha products are digital, access and files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.
If a refund is approved, Pixelbuddha may revoke access connected to the refunded payment, including download rights, membership access, license rights for the refunded purchase or billing period, or related account features.
If you believe there is a billing issue, duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, technical issue, or order mistake, contact us first at info@pixelbuddha.net so we can review the issue.
If you open a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment-provider claim, Pixelbuddha may suspend the related account, order, membership, license, payout, or download access while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or attempts to keep digital files after reversing payment may result in account termination and loss of access.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable law.
Affiliate Program
The Pixelbuddha Affiliate Program is governed by the Affiliate Program Terms.
You must follow the Affiliate Program Terms to earn commissions, use referral links, receive payouts, and participate in the program.
Pixelbuddha may reject, reverse, adjust, delay, or withhold affiliate commissions where required by the Affiliate Program Terms, fraud prevention, refund handling, chargeback handling, payment-provider rules, or applicable law.
You may not use misleading claims, spam, fake referrals, self-referrals, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, paid ads that impersonate Pixelbuddha, or any other abusive method to generate affiliate commissions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Pixelbuddha, our website, our accounts, our files, our infrastructure, our creators, or our users.
You may not:
- break, bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with the website or its security features;
- use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, automated downloads, or automated account activity unless Pixelbuddha expressly allows it;
- bypass download limits, fair-use limits, license limits, seat limits, paywalls, access controls, or account restrictions;
- share, sell, rent, transfer, pool, or resell account access;
- use another person’s account without permission;
- upload malware, malicious code, spam, or deceptive content;
- copy, mirror, scrape, extract, or rebuild substantial parts of the Pixelbuddha library, database, previews, metadata, or website;
- use Pixelbuddha in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
- use Pixelbuddha for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, abusive, or harmful activity;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, payment details, referral activity, order history, or support request;
- exploit bugs, errors, pricing mistakes, checkout mistakes, or technical issues instead of reporting them;
- use Pixelbuddha resources in a way that violates the Licensing Terms.
Pixelbuddha may investigate activity that appears to violate these rules and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where appropriate.
User Content and Submissions
Pixelbuddha may allow users to submit comments, reviews, messages, support requests, feedback, testimonials, portfolio examples, affiliate materials, or other content.
You are responsible for content you submit.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate the rights of any person or organization.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, spammy, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate for Pixelbuddha.
Pixelbuddha may review, moderate, edit, refuse, remove, or disable user-submitted content at any time, but we are not required to monitor all content.
By submitting content to Pixelbuddha, you grant Pixelbuddha a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, modify, excerpt, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, protect, and improve Pixelbuddha.
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow Pixelbuddha to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
If you submit assets, files, products, or creative materials for possible publication, sale, licensing, or collaboration, additional contributor or submission terms may apply. Do not send confidential materials unless we have agreed to receive them under a separate written agreement.
Intellectual Property
Pixelbuddha, pixelbuddha.net, the Pixelbuddha name, logos, branding, website design, product previews, product descriptions, resource files, collections, images, text, software, metadata, and related materials are owned by Pixelbuddha or licensed to Pixelbuddha by creators, contributors, partners, or other rights holders.
Except for the specific license rights granted to you under the Licensing Terms or another written agreement, Pixelbuddha and its rights holders keep all rights, title, and interest in the website, resources, files, and intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, mirror, scrape, modify, or exploit Pixelbuddha materials except as allowed by the applicable license or by written permission from Pixelbuddha.
You may not use Pixelbuddha trademarks, logos, branding, or confusingly similar marks without our written permission, except for fair and truthful references to Pixelbuddha.
Product Information, Compatibility, and Availability
We try to describe Pixelbuddha resources accurately, including file types, software compatibility, included files, license options, previews, and product details.
However, product previews are illustrative, and actual files may vary from previews depending on format, software, settings, device, or workflow.
Pixelbuddha resources may require third-party software, plugins, apps, fonts, or technical knowledge. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, third-party software is not included with the resource.
Compatibility information is provided for general guidance. We do not guarantee that every resource will work with every version of every app, operating system, device, plugin, or workflow.
Pixelbuddha may update, replace, rename, reorganize, remove, or discontinue resources, product pages, collections, file formats, memberships, features, or services from time to time.
If a resource is removed, it may no longer be available for new downloads or re-downloads. Removal does not automatically revoke rights for valid downloads made before removal, unless a refund, chargeback, legal issue, rights issue, or policy violation requires otherwise.
Support
Pixelbuddha may provide support by email, account tools, help pages, or other support channels.
We do our best to help with account issues, download issues, payment questions, membership questions, license questions, and technical issues related to Pixelbuddha resources.
Support does not include custom design work, software training, third-party app troubleshooting, file customization, business consulting, legal advice, or guaranteed response times unless Pixelbuddha separately agrees in writing.

Privacy, Cookies, and Payment Data
To operate Pixelbuddha, we may process account information, order information, download history, support messages, affiliate information, technical data, and other information you provide or generate while using the website.
We may use cookies, analytics, security tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember account sessions, improve the service, prevent fraud, understand usage, and support marketing or product decisions.
Payments are handled through third-party payment providers. Pixelbuddha does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on its own website servers.

Pixelbuddha is not responsible for third-party websites, third-party software, third-party payment decisions, third-party outages, third-party content, or third-party terms.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Pixelbuddha at any time.
You may request account closure by contacting info@pixelbuddha.net from the email address connected to your account.
Pixelbuddha may suspend, limit, or terminate your account, downloads, membership access, affiliate access, support access, or other services if:
- you violate these Terms or a related policy;
- your account appears shared, compromised, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unlawful;
- your payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or appears unauthorized;
- your activity creates risk for Pixelbuddha, our creators, our users, payment providers, or third parties;
- we are required to do so by law, court order, payment-provider rule, rights-holder claim, or security concern;
- we discontinue a service, feature, or account type.
Termination of website access does not automatically revoke valid license rights for resources you previously downloaded or purchased, unless the relevant payment was refunded, reversed, fraudulent, unauthorized, or the license or applicable policy says otherwise.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including license restrictions, intellectual property rules, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute rules, and any rights or obligations connected to prior downloads or purchases.
Disclaimers
Pixelbuddha is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelbuddha disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and compatibility with your specific software, device, workflow, or business needs.
We do not guarantee that Pixelbuddha will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
We do not guarantee that every resource will remain available forever, that every file will work in every software version, or that a resource will meet your subjective expectations.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelbuddha and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, creators, contributors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, lost goodwill, work interruption, replacement costs, or loss caused by inability to use the website or resources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelbuddha’s total liability for any claim related to the website, resources, purchases, memberships, downloads, affiliate program, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Pixelbuddha for the specific product, membership period, or service giving rise to the claim; or
- USD 100.
These limits apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or any other legal theory.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
If you use Pixelbuddha on behalf of a business, organization, agency, studio, or client, you agree to indemnify and hold Pixelbuddha harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
- your violation of these Terms or a related policy;
- your misuse of Pixelbuddha or any resource;
- your user content, submissions, or affiliate activity;
- your violation of another person’s rights;
- your unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- your use of a resource in a client project, commercial project, product, campaign, or end product in a way not allowed by the applicable license.
Pixelbuddha may control the defense of any claim that requires indemnity. You agree to cooperate with that defense.
Changes to These Terms
Pixelbuddha may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update these Terms, we may change the “Updated” date above.
Changes apply from the date they are published unless a later date is stated.
For material changes affecting active accounts, paid memberships, purchases, or affiliate participation, Pixelbuddha may provide notice through the website, account interface, checkout flow, or email where appropriate or required.
If you continue using Pixelbuddha after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using Pixelbuddha and cancel any recurring membership before the next renewal date.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Where legally permitted, disputes related to these Terms, Pixelbuddha, the website, purchases, memberships, downloads, or affiliate participation will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or mandatory dispute-resolution rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact Pixelbuddha at info@pixelbuddha.net and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
General Legal Terms
These Terms, together with the related policies listed above and any applicable checkout terms, product-specific terms, or written agreements, form the agreement between you and Pixelbuddha.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
Pixelbuddha’s failure to enforce a part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Pixelbuddha’s written permission.
Pixelbuddha may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or operation of law.
Pixelbuddha is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, payment-provider issues, platform restrictions, labor disruptions, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, legal restrictions, or other force majeure events.
