How to Invoice Pixelbuddha

Every quarter we process the revenue share for the previous period. Before we can release your money, we need an invoice from you. The presentation below walks through the whole thing visually — and the written steps underneath give you the exact details to copy, word for word.

Before you start: check your balance

Log in to your creator dashboard and open your Payouts page to see your pending balance. The amount on your invoice should match this number, so check it first.

Minimum payout: we send payments once your balance reaches $100. If it's under $100, it simply carries over to the next quarter until you hit the threshold.

Step 1 — Create the invoice in PayPal

We can only accept a live PayPal invoice — not a PDF export. Create the invoice inside your PayPal account so you can send it directly from there (Step 6).

Step 2 — Fill in the "Bill to" details

Enter our company details in this exact order:

Step 4 — Add your own business information

Fill out your business details as the sender. Your country is mandatory — invoices without it can't be processed.

Step 5 — Enter the amount

Match the pending balance shown on your Payouts page.

Step 6 — Send it to us

Send the invoice to profile@pixelbuddha.net. Send the actual invoice from PayPal, not a downloaded PDF.
