Dust Cinema Effect

This effect pulls images into a high-contrast monochrome with the subject blurred into soft shadow shapes against a blown-out white ground, fine dust and debris particles scattered over the whole frame. The edges of figures dissolve as if shot through frosted glass on a long exposure in bad light.
