The effect reduces the image to a dense monochrome dot screen with the grain and tonal compression of a photocopied newspaper page. Contrast collapses in the highlights and shadows alike, leaving a flat, high-noise result with no smooth gradients surviving the process. The whole thing runs on straight photocopy-and-staple energy.

Usage: zine and underground publication design, punk and DIY branding, music and gig poster art, editorial collage, streetwear graphics, and social media content with an anti-aesthetic edge.
