Echo Motion Effect

The effect splits photos into horizontal bands and repeats the image sideways within each strip, echoing the same object across the frame like a signal doubling back on itself. One band drops to black and white while the rest stays in full color, and heavy grain ties every strip together into one continuous texture. The repeated edges blur slightly at the seams, giving the whole image a sense of motion caught mid-frame.
