Retro Risoprint Photo Effect

The effect pushes the photo into a coarse stipple print, with a limited ink palette of warm orange and teal laid down in slightly misregistered passes. A Smart Object takes the image, and the grain, ink texture, and bleached highlights rebuild around it.
