Screen Distortion Effect

The effect pulls a photo through a dense moiré screen, wavy interference lines rippling color into red, green, and blue channels that drift apart at every edge. Fine dot patterns build up in horizontal bands, thickest near the center and thinning out toward the top and bottom of the frame. The distortion moves in waves, giving the image the feel of a broken CRT signal.
