Retro Dream Postcard Photo Effect

The vintage photo effect runs an image through an old hand-tinted postcard, with a warm red overprint drifting off register, and a soft dreamy blur that pulls the edges out of focus. A Smart Object takes the photo, and the tint, grain, and light bleed rebuild around whatever drops in. The result comes closer to an early-1900s souvenir card pulled from a shoebox than a clean scan.
