Intensa Font Family

Intensa takes its cues from early-1960s motor racing: pit-board lettering, Grand Prix bills, hand-painted door numbers, and model-kit decal sheets. The text widths are squared off with horizontal contrast, and ink traps are cut into the joints where strokes meet.

Five condensed weights run from Regular to Black for stacked headlines, and six expanded weights widen the same skeleton. Four poster styles finish this sports display font family: a flared display cut, a collegiate serif drawn from American varsity lettering, a chrome-era script, and Speed, the racing italic.

Cahya Sofyan drew the family for layouts that work like a race livery, where one enormous word sits over a stack of small technical print and a two-digit number. The condensed cuts do the shouting; expanded holds result in tables, spec lines, and label copy at small sizes; script and college step in for a sponsor badge or team crest register.

Usage: poster and event graphics, branding, logos, apparel, merch, packaging, labels, and editorial layouts — sports headlines, results tables, feature decks, stat sidebars.
