SG Scratter is a razor-edged display typeface defined by its angular tension and geometric boldness. It's rooted in the aesthetics of mid-century hand-cut lettering and brutalist poster art — and distills its energy into sharp, elongated letterforms with exaggerated verticality and octagonal curves.

Stylistically, SG Scratter echoes the DIY irreverence of punk-era flyers, Soviet constructivist posters, and early digital techno types.
