Portuu - Interactive Project Brief Template

Portuu documents a full project brief across 20+ InDesign pages, built on the same bold condensed-type grid as the wider Portuu system: oversized section numerals, ruled tables of contents, and a charcoal-and-acid-yellow palette. Clickable navigation links an index page to every section, with page numbers doubling as jump points across the full read.

Sections move from an introduction through project foundation, covering context, challenge, and objectives, then into project direction, covering target audience, scope, key deliverables, creative direction, and key requirements, closing with a project execution stage for timeline, budget, success metrics, and working process. The same structure exports cleanly to Figma, Affinity, and Canva for teams that want to present or hand off the brief outside InDesign.
