Stencil Offset Text Effect

This effect runs type through two layers of degradation: a coarse halftone dot grid breaks up the fills, and a concrete-worn surface underneath pulls the whole thing toward something sprayed through a cut stencil. An invert option flips the treatment from dark-on-light to light-on-dark without rebuilding the composition.
