Tracing Paper Overlay Effect

About the product
This paper overlay drops a sheet of translucent vellum over any photo, so the image sinks under a milky, half-opaque haze with print grain, dust, and scan noise pressed into the surface. The whole frame looks like a layout scan lifted straight off a light table, mid-process and never cleaned up.
A full technical layer rides above the haze: a printed measurement grid, dashed orbital linework, registration targets with crosshair centers, condensed annotation type, halftone blocks, and date stamps scattered across the margins. We built the overlay on its own transparent layer, so its schematic furniture holds over any photo dropped underneath. The source image reads through the vellum, with no extra masking.
Usage: editorial portraits, album artwork, zine spreads, poster layouts, lookbook photography, fashion editorials, cover art, packaging concepts, exhibition prints, and social graphics.
