Rough Lines - Halftone Line Overlays

A ruled diagonal screen runs under every one of these halftone textures, and on top of it sit blown-out black patches, speckle, and the white drop-outs where ink refused to take. The effect is a page that went through a copier one too many times.

The set gathers 10 overlays at 4000x3000, each supplied twice. The PNG versions are flat black with the whole texture in the alpha channel, so they drop straight onto artwork and recolour by changing the layer colour; the JPEGs want Multiply to keep the marks, or Screen to flip them white on a dark ground. Use them for gig posters, record sleeves, zine spreads, apparel graphics, editorial openers, and packaging with a printed-and-reprinted look.
