Haze Motion Effect

The effect blurs a photo into streaks of color that stretch upward from the main shape, warm reds and pinks bleeding into cooler blues at the outer edges. Motion trails follow the outline loosely, softening hard edges into a haze. Fine dust and grain scatter over the whole frame, adding a rough, analog texture under the color blur.
