Paper Squares Photo Effect

This effect reads as a print cut up with a guillotine and taped back a hair off-register. It slices a photo into a grid of tiles and nudges each one out of line. Some cells wash out to flat stock, while others hold the image under heavy grain and dust. The shot drops into the Smart Object and the mosaic rebuilds around it, offset row by row across the worn paper.
