Stippling Photo Effect

This effect rebuilds photos as a stippled ink print, packing thousands of fine dots that cluster dark in the shadows and scatter thin across the highlights. The dots settle onto a woven paper grain, reminding of a pointillist book-plate engraving. A changeable background color swaps the stock behind the dotwork, and two PSD files cover both landscape and portrait crops.
