About the product
Kilo is a bubble font with no stems and barely a counter in sight: every character is a run of swollen blobs that fuse where they touch, in the language of 1990s electronic-music logotypes. The strokes thicken and pinch along their length, the baseline dissolves under the weight, and a word ends up closer to a liquid mark than a line of type.
Both drawings ship together. Kilo is the original 2021 cut, looser and more uneven; HV Kilo V2 is the 2025 redraw, with cleaner joins and steadier weight across the alphabet. The typeface is free for commercial work at any scale, which puts it in the small group of no-strings display faces worth keeping in a working library.
