Dirty Lines Text & Logo Effect

The effect looks pulled straight off a jammed office copier running low on toner. It drags text and logos into dirty horizontal lines, where the black mark smears sideways over a bed of colored ink pulled across ribbed paper. A Smart Object takes the lettering or wordmark, and the smear color swaps across five options.
