Pixelbuddha Membership Terms

Membership Access

A Pixelbuddha membership gives you access to download eligible premium resources while your membership is active.

Your membership does not transfer ownership of Pixelbuddha resources to you. Pixelbuddha and its creators retain ownership of the original resources, previews, files, and related intellectual property.

Your right to use a downloaded resource is governed by the license attached to that specific download record.

Plus and Pro Membership Plans

Pixelbuddha may offer different paid membership plans, including Plus and Pro. Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

The Commercial License may appear in some account records, receipts, or older materials as the Standard Commercial License. These terms refer to the same license tier unless Pixelbuddha states otherwise.

Membership benefits may vary by plan and may include access to different resources, license tiers, download options, or other features.

How Downloads Are Licensed

Each valid premium download creates a download record in your Pixelbuddha account. The license attached to a resource is determined by the active membership plan at the time that resource is downloaded or re-downloaded.

For example:

Your download history may be used as proof of the license attached to a resource.

Re-Downloads and License Upgrades

If a resource remains available in the Pixelbuddha library, you may re-download it while your membership is active. A re-download creates a new download record under the membership plan active at the time of the re-download.

This means that if you previously downloaded a resource under Plus and later re-download it while Pro is active, the new download record is covered by the Extended Commercial License.

Re-downloading is only available while your membership is active and the resource remains available on Pixelbuddha.

Cancellation and Renewal

Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may cancel a recurring membership from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Unless your membership is refunded, terminated for violation, or otherwise stated, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

After your membership access ends, you will no longer be able to make new premium downloads or re-download premium resources through that membership.

Cancellation does not revoke the rights granted for valid downloads made while your membership was active, provided your use follows the applicable license terms.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Pixelbuddha Refund Policy.

If a membership payment is refunded, Pixelbuddha may revoke access connected to that payment, including download rights for resources obtained during the refunded billing period.

Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as the timing of the request, whether the request relates to the current billing period, and whether premium resources were downloaded or re-downloaded after the payment.

Lifetime Memberships

Pixelbuddha may offer lifetime memberships as one-time purchases. A lifetime membership does not renew automatically.

“Lifetime” means access to the purchased membership plan for as long as Pixelbuddha continues to operate and support that membership library, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

A lifetime membership does not mean ownership of the Pixelbuddha library. It also does not guarantee that every resource, feature, file type, product category, or benefit will remain available forever.

Lifetime membership refunds are handled under the Pixelbuddha Refund Policy.

Account Use and Seat Limits

Your Pixelbuddha account is personal to the account holder or the authorized user assigned by the company that purchased the membership.

You may not share your login credentials, resell access, make your account available to multiple unrelated users, or allow unauthorized users to download resources through your account.

A company purchase does not automatically increase the number of permitted users.

The applicable license determines the seat count:

Fair Use and Download Abuse

Unlimited downloads are intended for normal human creative workflows.

Automated scraping, botting, credential sharing, account pooling, bulk extraction, mirroring, or downloading resources primarily to recreate, redistribute, or compete with the Pixelbuddha library is prohibited.

Downloading more than 50 assets within 24 hours may trigger a manual review or temporary suspension.

If your legitimate workflow requires high-volume downloading, contact support before starting.

Pixelbuddha may limit, suspend, or terminate access if account activity appears abusive, automated, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Resource Availability

Pixelbuddha may update, replace, remove, rename, reorganize, or discontinue resources, collections, features, file formats, or membership benefits from time to time.

If a resource is removed from the Pixelbuddha library, it may no longer be available for new downloads or re-downloads.

Removal of a resource does not automatically revoke rights for valid downloads made before the resource was removed, provided your use follows the applicable license terms.

Changes to These Terms

Pixelbuddha may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, Pixelbuddha may update the “Updated” date above. Changes apply from the date they are published unless otherwise stated.

Material changes to active recurring memberships may be communicated through the website, account interface, or email when required.
