Broken Glass Effect

This broken glass effect drops a shattered pane over a photo, with a bright impact crater at the center and cracks forking out to the edges. A Smart Object takes the image, and the fractured pieces catch the light and slip a little out of line, so the scene underneath reads through a web of splinters. The image ends up behind a windshield that just took a rock at highway speed.
