Aged Stamp Effect

This aged stamp effect works like a postage stamp pulled on a tired press and left in a drawer for decades. It runs a photo through a coarse print grain, with the color plates slipping out of register so red and cyan fringes sit along every edge. Blacks clog into flat shapes, highlights burn out to bare paper, and dust settles across the frame.
