Circle Halftone Photo Effect

This halftone rebuilds a photo out of concentric circular rings instead of a straight dot grid, so the image radiates from a center point in overlapping rings of ink. A dusty paper texture and print grain sit under the screen, and the stacked cyan, magenta, yellow, and black circles bloom into a loud, psychedelic print.
