Floral Gothic Ornaments

About the product

Victorian engravers filled the margins of their books with curling acanthus, thistle, and wild rose — so we decided to revive this language in clean vector form. We redrew 48 gothic floral ornaments after the hand-inked plates of seventeenth-century herbals — chrysanthemum and campanula on climbing stems, a red poppy open beside a bristled carduus, anemone and white iris worked into mirrored flourishes.

The collection includes single stems and vertical repeat panels, corner pieces, and symmetrical dividers, plus a master sheet that lays out every symbol at once. The vector files scale from a wax-seal monogram to a full title-page border.

Usage: wedding suites, restaurant menus, poetry covers, apothecary and perfume labels, tattoo references, folk and metal album art, and bookplate designs.
