Duotone Printer Text Effect

The effect splits text or logo into blue and red channels with a slight offset. It mimics the misregistration of a vintage dot-matrix printer, which works equally well on script lettering, bold serif display type, or technical monospace layouts. The point is that the effect adapts to whatever design sits underneath.
