Prism Distort Effect

This effect splits the image into offset color copies: blue, red, and neutral layers pulled apart laterally so the subject appears to fracture at the edges, with iridescent chromatic fringing where the copies overlap. Fine dust particles sit over the whole frame, and vertical light columns bleed through the background.
