Splintered Crystal Effect

The effect splits a photo into separate color panels, each section shifting to a different hue. Thin scan lines run the length of the image, and static noise fills the gaps between color blocks, breaking up any smooth gradient. Solid colors bleed slightly past their own edges, giving the whole composition a fractured, misaligned quality.
