The license depends on the plan that is active at the time you download the resource.

• Resources downloaded under Plus are licensed under the Standard Commercial License.
• Resources downloaded under Pro are licensed under the Extended Commercial License.

The license is tied to the recorded download event in your account history. If the same item is later re-downloaded under a different eligible plan, the later download may grant different rights for that item in accordance with the Terms.

Upgrading your membership does not automatically change the license for items you already downloaded under Plus. Those downloads remain under the Standard Commercial License unless you re-download the same item while Pro is active.

If you re-download that item under Pro, the new download is recorded in your account history and grants the Extended Commercial License for that item from the date of the Pro re-download.

Downgrading affects future downloads, not the broader rights already granted for eligible past downloads. Any item that was downloaded or re-downloaded under Pro remains covered by the Extended Commercial License granted at that time.

Items that were only downloaded under Plus remain under the Standard Commercial License unless they are later re-downloaded while Pro is active.

You can manage your membership from your account page at any time. Depending on your plan and account status, you may be able to upgrade, downgrade, reactivate, or cancel your membership there.

Any changes to your plan take effect according to your current billing cycle and the applicable membership terms.

If you cancel a recurring membership, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, access to new premium downloads ends.

Canceling your membership does not revoke the rights already granted for resources you validly downloaded while your plan was active. You may continue using those resources under the license granted at the time of download or re-download, as reflected in your account history.

Yes. If you downloaded a resource while your membership was active, you may continue using it under the license granted for that recorded download event.

For example, an item downloaded under Plus remains licensed under the Standard Commercial License. If that same item was later re-downloaded under Pro, the later recorded download grants the Extended Commercial License for that item from the date of that re-download.

Recurring memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date. Lifetime memberships and one-time purchases do not renew automatically.

You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want the next charge to be processed. In some cases, your payment provider may also require separate cancellation steps.

You may cancel your recurring membership at any time before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable law, payment-provider rules, and the nature of the digital access already provided. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support with the details of your request.
